Our apartments are situated in a sunny position at 450 metres on the edge of the historic wine village of St. Pauls in South Tyrol, amidst gently rolling vineyards in a uniquely quiet location. In addition, the breathtaking natural spectacle of the South Tyrolean lowlands with an unrestricted panoramic view towards Bolzano, the Mendola Mountains and the Dolomites.
Our outdoor pool on the inviting sun terrace presents itself unobtrusively and with straightforward elegance. With its 10m x 3,5m it offers relaxing swimming pleasure. Just dive in and relax. Enjoy the restful Mediterranean flair of South Tyrol on our cosy sun terrace, e.g. in one of our beautiful four-poster beds.

General information
departure and arrival
Check in from 4:00 p.m. (earlier only on request and subject to availability). Check out until 10:00 a.m. (later only on request and subject to availability).
pets
Although we love animals, pets are not allowed in our apartments. We ask for your understanding.
Non-smoking apartments
The apartments are non-smoking apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or balcony. If smoking is done in the apartment, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
payment terms
To guarantee the booking, 50% of the total amount must be transferred to our bank account within 5 days of confirming your booking. The remaining amount must be transferred to the same account 7 days before arrival or, by arrangement, can be paid in cash on site. For short-term bookings, less than 10 days before arrival, the total amount is due immediately and must be transferred to the bank account mentioned or, by arrangement, paid in cash on site.

For non-refundable rates, 100% of the booked travel price is due immediately upon booking and there are no refunds.
We ask that you always inform us of cancellations in writing. We will confirm these accordingly.
European travel insurance
Since anything can happen at any time, we recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you can get your travel costs reimbursed in an emergency. Our partner is European Travel Insurance, which operates internationally.
The winevillage St. Pauls Eppan along the wine road

St. Pauls, the romantic wine village in the municipality of Appiano with many leisure activities, ideal for a relaxing and active holiday. This holiday oasis with the famous cathedral in the countryside on the South Tyrolean Wine Road offers numerous sports activities in the immediate vicinity: hiking, biking, horseback riding, golf, surfing, sailing, tennis.
In St. Pauls there are several attractive restaurants, cafés and shops just a few minutes' walk from the Klaus Lentsch winery. You can reach the provincial capital Bozen in only 10 minutes by car. Golf courses, the spa town of Merano, castles, the Lake Caldaro and attractive ski resorts are in the immediate vicinity and the most famous ski slopes are only 35 - 60 minutes away by car: Merano 2000, Obereggen, Rittner Horn, Reinswald, Alpe di Siusi. Lake Garda is also an ideal tip for a day trip (approx. 1 hour)... or a short trip to Verona or Venice?
